Helen Joyce Flanagan (born 7 August 1990[) is an English actress and model best known for playing Rosie Webster in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street.

Flanagan has played Rosie Webster in Coronation Street since 2000, when she was ten years old. In the 2006 British Soap Awards, Flanagan was nominated for the Best Dramatic Performance from a Young Actor or Actress, losing to Ellis Hollins. In 2007, she was nominated for "Villain of the Year" at the same awards, losing out to Jack P. Shepherd, who plays David Platt in Coronation Street.

In October 2011, Flanagan announced that she will be leaving Coronation Street in February 2012 to pursue other interests.

Flanagan lives with Manchester City footballer Scott Sinclair.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at nearby Texas A&M University-Kingsville. During this time, she won the title of Miss Corpus Christi, USA in 1998. She adopted her stepfather's surname and has recently adopted the last name of her birth-father, becoming Dia Mirza Handrich.

When living in Khairatabad, Hyderabad district, she attended Vidyaranya High School for Boys and Girls, a school partly based on the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti, and later Nasr School, in Khairtabad. She attended Stanley Junior College and completed her graduation in Bachelors of Arts from Andhra Pradesh Open University, Hyderabad.
